About Me
I’m passionate about criminal justice reform and am pursuing a career as a psychologist to help create a more fair and compassionate justice system. I believe that real change starts with understanding people from all walks of life, which is why I devote myself to personal development. My journey isn’t just about personal growth—it’s about gaining the knowledge and perspective I need to advocate for meaningful reform in the future. I grew up poor, my only escape being sports and literature. I was always getting into fights and getting kicked out of class. My brother struggled with addiction and the impacts on my family were severe, but I maintained the honour roll so I could get into university and make something of myself. I want to take the broken little girl from my past and take her to places she never thought she would see.
