About Me
Nyezee Goe, the Founder of Goe Globel, entered the world in a refugee camp situated on the west coast of Africa in a small country known as Côte d'Ivoire or Ivory Coast. His family fled Liberia due to civil unrest in their home country. In 2004, Nyezee, along with his family, received permission to resettle in the United States as refugees, with Syracuse, NY being their chosen destination. Nyezee's educational journey took him through elementary, middle, and high school in Syracuse, where he was exposed to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Later, he pursued higher education at Oswego University, which opened doors for him to study abroad in Barcelona, Spain, and Florence, Italy. During his studies abroad, he embarked on an enriching journey, backpacking across eight different countries and exploring over 30 cities. His undergraduate academic journey at Oswego University concluded with a Bachelor degree in Technology Management, complemented by two minors in Business and Athletic coaching. With a renewed perspective on the world and a deep desire to narrate his unique story in a medium that the world could connect with, Nyezee founded Goe Globel. The name encapsulates his family name, "Goe," and the term "Globel," a creative twist on "Globe." The choice to use an "E" instead of an "A" allows "GOE" to be spelled within the word. The removal of the final "L" in "Globel" creates "Globe," symbolizing the world.
