Hello and welcome to my campaign. My name is Oscar and I am a first-generation and low-income undergraduate at Central State University from Indianapolis, Indiana (HOOSIER). I am studying Graphic Design and ASL interpreter with the end goal of being a freelance graphic artist, while pursuing a career in Developmental Psychology. But the reason for my post is not to talk about my upbringing and past, but more about my future.
