About Me

I am passionate entrepreneur and community advocate dedicated to making a positive impact in Kansas City. With over 21 years of experience as a business owner, I’ve built successful ventures across industries like real estate, healthcare, and business coaching. I guide small business owners through critical stages of their entrepreneurial journeys, focusing on business scaling, leadership development, and process optimization. Beyond business, I’m deeply committed to uplifting underserved communities. I’ve founded initiatives like Margaret's Place, an adult daycare facility, and Utopia Point, which reimagines care for seniors and disabled individuals. My work on non-profit boards and community programs, such as the Adopt A School and Adopt A Senior drives, reflects my belief in building generational wealth and fostering self-sufficiency, especially among youth and aspiring entrepreneurs. As a wife, mother of six, and advocate for self-care, I emphasize the importance of balance and personal well-being. My motto, “Sow good seeds and water them well,” guides my approach to life and work, reminding me that giving back enriches everyone involved. This mindset has earned me honors like being named a Small Business Super Star by the KC Chamber and inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who. My journey has been driven by a desire to empower others, create sustainable change, and leave a lasting legacy of service and leadership in my community. I am proud to dedicate my life to building a stronger, more connected Kansas City.
