At NUVISAN, I am increasingly focusing on providing strategic advice and consultancy in DMPK and radiolabelled studies across the entire value chain — from early discovery to clinical development. My role is shifting toward bridging science and strategy, helping programs navigate complex development decisions and ultimately supporting molecules on their path to patients. Along the way, I am also placing more emphasis on mentoring and sharing experience across teams and partners, ensuring knowledge is carried forward with purpose and impact. I will be taking a short sabbatical in the spirit of Kūkai — walking the 88-temple pilgrimage in Shikoku Japan, as a time for reflection and prayer for a better world. I look forward to returning fully energized and continuing to contribute for two more years @ Nuvisan, until I transition into retirement.
