About Me
I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, and honestly, it's been a lot to process. Since the diagnosis, I've been trying to understand and manage it — but where I live, there isn't the kind of specialist support I need, and it's taken a toll on me. I've been feeling low and isolated, and I know that getting the right care will make a real difference, not just to my ADHD, but to my overall mental health. The Hallowell Centers in Boston, NYC, and Canada are known for genuinely understanding ADHD — not just prescribing and moving on, but real, ongoing specialist care. That's what I need: someone who can help me actually manage this long-term, not just get a diagnosis and be left to figure it out alone. The initial consultation is free, but the full diagnostic assessment costs $3,100 — plus flights and accommodation each time I travel for care, since I'll need multiple visits for proper, ongoing treatment. After the assessment, ongoing sessions are billed separately too. This isn't a one-off trip. ADHD care works best with consistency, so I'll need to travel back for follow-up appointments over time. Each trip means flights, accommodation, and consultation fees — costs I can't cover alone right now. Every donation, big or small, brings me closer to getting proper, ongoing support from specialists who actually understand what I'm dealing with. Thank you for reading my story and for considering helping me get my life back on track.
