I'm an 18-year-old freshman at California Lutheran University with a passion for technical theatre and social justice. My work in law, public policy, and stage management has given me incredible leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and allowed me to develop meaningful relationships as I explored a new passion. These skills have proved themselves applicable to every aspect of my busy life, and I am continually surprised by how much my interests intersect. In the Fall of 2023, I hope to embark on CLU's Oxford Programme, a prestigious Study Abroad course that will take me through courses (tutorials) at Oxford, internships in London, and so much more. Freshmen are seldom accepted, which speaks volumes about my work ethic and emotional maturity. However, even though I received a scholarship to attend CLU and the Programme, the cost is proving to be a challenge.
