I'm an English teacher with six years of experience, facing challenges related to the lack of teaching materials. My preference for the Competency-Based Language Teaching (CBLT) approach, and enthusiasm for motivation, I have some goals like: Resource Gathering, Adaptation, Creation, Motivation, Professional Development, Networking. I know that my passion for motivation is a valuable asset in teaching, and it can greatly benefit my students' learning experiences. That being known, I set an English Club at my school, and I supervise it every wednesday at 2 pm.
