At 18, the world is a theatre, and most of us are stuck watching someone else's highlights on instagram. We wake up, we go to class, we scroll, we repeat. Like a film stuck on loop, living yesterday and today and tomorrow like a copy-paste life. At 18, I discovered solo travelling, our director that rewrites the script. Every street, every stranger, every smell and sound- it’s improvisation. It’s chaos, it’s alive. And if you wait too long, the film of your youth ends before you’ve shot the scenes that matter. At 18, I want the people who help me on this journey to see their younger selves reflected in mine- the part of them that once dreamed, that once wanted to run into the world with nothing but courage and curiosity.
