Sofia Chizzini was born and raised in Ushuaia, Argentina. She is an audiovisual artist, director and producer. She likes to draw real time moments and loves dancing. Also she loves to be in unknown places and have new experiences (specially with food). She has a Bachelor in Film and TV (UNC). For more than 10 years she has been working independently in diferent roles within the audiovisual field and other artistic projects, she has participated in national and international productions, inside and outside the country, having the possibility (and fortune!) to train, explore and develop in a wide range of areas within the artistic field. In 2018 she directed the second season of "Misterios Submarinos del Fin del Mundo", an Argentinian TV series winner of Japan Prize in 2019 and others. In 2023 she created ARCHIPIELAGO MEDIA, her creative label specialized in audiovisual.In 2023 she won Historias Breves contest (INCAA) with "Anticuerpo", a short film which she co- directed, co-wrote and starred.
