About Me
My name is Stephen Otieno Amonde, a 59-year-old motor vehicle technician from Kenya. I have spent most of my life working with vehicles, a career I deeply loved and took pride in. My last active professional work was in 2019, after which life took an unexpected turn. In the years that followed, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer, which led to a radical prostatectomy. The treatment and recovery journey has been both emotionally and financially draining, forcing me to step away from my work and return to my family home in Siaya. Today, I’m focused on rebuilding my life—regaining my strength, reconnecting with my community, and finding ways to move forward with dignity and hope. My story is one of resilience, faith, and a desire to live a meaningful life despite my challenges. With love and gratitude, Stephen Amonde
