I am a Graduate Family Nurse Practitioner Student at Concordia University of Wisconsin with an expected graduation date of May 2019. My focus of study is in primary care across the lifespan. I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan with my husband, 2 sons, and an English Settter. In addition to raising a family and pursuing my Master of Science - FNP degree I work as a Registered Nurse in a skilled nursing facility. To better understand different cultures and how they impact medical treatment I will be joining Hope Without Borders in a cultural immersive trip to Africa.
