I have a fulfilling job as a Behavioral interventionist in group home settings for children and adults with physical and intelectual disabilities. Its become a passion to help care for those who need help doing the daily things we take for granted. Volunteering abroad would help me grow as an individual and in return help others gain independent living skills, help them mentally, and emotionally, encourage them so they don’t feel anything less than how perfect they already are.
