Hi, Thank you for taking a moment to read more about me and about why I want to go on this trip. As you may already know. my name is Wiktoria Wolff and I'm 17 years old. I live in the UK but I was born in Poland. 3 years ago I moved to England not knowing any English and I was the shyest girl you will ever meet. I know how hard it is to learn English and adapt to new people and environment. I have struggled a lot with making friends and in school. However, with the support of my teachers i manged to catch up with my assignments and i even exceeded everyone's expectations, even my own! I got excellent grades in all of my exams only because someone believed in me and gave me a little push towards achieving success. Now, I feel obligated and determined to help someone else who is struggling with learning and adapting in life, just like those kids and teenagers in Kenya. Maybe one day, when they learn English they will take a chance and come to the UK or America or decide to teach other people what they have learned from me. wouldn't that be amazing ?
