Hello! We are from a relatively small town in Northern California called Lakeport, in Lake County. Our town has a population of about 5,000 and the three of us attend Clear Lake High School, which has about 400 kids enrolled. The three of us have been friends since we were in fifth grade and we have gone on many adventures together, such as backpacking in the Trinity Alps (located in Northern California). We enjoy participating in outdoor activities, such as, backpacking, hiking, biking, kayaking, etc. We participate in student government, concert band, jazz band, recording technology, numerous sports, Interact club, California Scholarship Federation (CSF), and the Latino Club. We all maintain high grade point averages, while taking the most difficult classes offered at our school. India is an ambitious dream of ours and, along with this campaign, we are planning to host formal Indian cuisine dinners for our community to raise money for our trip.
